高福朝副会长曾任国务院国资委中国煤炭城市发展联合促进会副会长，兼任中国行为法学会廉政与法制研究中心《中纪委监察部智库》顾问、全球工商界管理协会名誉主席、中国高家文化研究会名誉会长等职务。

Recently, Shi Yanming, President of China Shaolin Magazine, was personally received in Beijing by Gao Fuchao, Vice President of the China Coal City Development Joint Promotion Association under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). The two had an in-depth discussion on promoting traditional culture and preserving the spirit of Shaolin martial arts.
Gao Fuchao currently serves as Vice President of the China Coal City Development Joint Promotion Association under the SASAC. He also holds positions as an advisor for the Clean Government and Legal System Research Center of the China Law Society, honorary chairman of the Global Business Management Association, and honorary chairman of the China Gaojia Culture Research Association.
